On 30.6.2012 Hungary officially handed over leadership of Poland for the period 1.7.2011 - 30.6.2012, from 1.7.2012 to 30.6.2013 will assume leadership of Ukraine.
Slovakia officially handed over leadership of Hungary for the period 1.1.2011 - 30.6.2011
On 20.1.2011 Slovakia officially handed over leadership of Hungary for the period 1.1.2011 - 30.6.2011, from 1.7.2011 to 30.6.2012 will assume leadership of Poland.

- Opportunity to provide services throughout the Community regardless of borders
- Determine the extent to which can be imposed specific requirements Member State in which services are provided as a public policy or public safety or to protect public health or the environment Environment
Working meeting of members of ESBOC (Budapest, 3. - 5.7.2010)
Meeting organized by the Hungarian section of ESBOC, participated the national sections of ESBOC (Czech, Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine.
Working meeting consisted of both formal and informal negotiations between representatives of national departments to issue ESBOC security industry in member countries ESBOC and the EU.
As a national section of ESBOC Slovakia participated in the workshop Ing. Ladislav Furman, vice president for security services ZOMO and Mr Stephen Ballan, a member of the Board ZOMO.
ESBOC main discussion was held on 5.7.2010 at the premises of the Hungarian Chamber of property in Budapest. At the meeting of the representatives from the Hungarian section ESBOC complete information on the status of the Hungarian Chamber of property in Hungarian civil security system, its role in security policy of Hungary. Further information was sought on the relationship of the Hungarian police and citizens. Further information was sought on education implementation and training of security staff working in the Hungarian security industry. Delegates of the national section ESBOC inform participants about the national legislation which regulates the business of security industry in individual Member countries ESBOC and also to the application of EU Directive no. 2006/23/EK. After completion of negotiations on the premises of the Hungarian Chamber of property, were the workshop participants adopted the premises ESBOC Hungarian Parliament by Mr. Tamas BASTHYM, Deputy Prime Minister for coordinating the tasks of security and defense.

The representative of Hungary, Mr. Nďż˝met invited all participants to Budapest on 04/07/2010 visit event "Family Day of security industry"
Participants finally adopted a resolution:
- The next meeting of ESBOC members will be held from 05. to 07.06.2010, Budapest, Hungary
- Members at the meeting in Budapest submit proposals for legislative changes regulating cross-border EU TS
- In Budapest, members will discuss about ESBOC vision for the next five years (expansion / proliferation ESBOC, attitudes toward existing European organizations in BP, etc.).
- Another area of negotiation is "Protecting and ensuring the sporting events. Participants support for Ukraine and Poland in relation to the forthcoming European Football Cup 2012
- It was adopted ESBOC new structure, namely: creating a national headquarters of ESBOC section. Each national section shall establish its own web site part of main web site of ESBOC, s.c. national section of ESBOC
- National Section of ESBOC made national registration of ESBOC logo in their country - s.c. registered mark
